Custom Forging & Casting

At Samco we specialize in custom forging and casting of small to medium sized components.

Forgings can be produced in steel, stainless steel, and other alloys while castings can be formed from steel, iron, bronze, brass, and aluminum. We offer open and closed die forging as well as investment, sand, lost wax, and die casting, producing cast parts from 1 to 20’ using permanent mold casting. Our customers come to us for custom casting of proprietary designs or obsolete repair parts that can no longer be purchased from the original equipment manufacturer. Our customers also checked the  other samco services like wire rope and stake connector . Our custom forging  - Providing production volume for prototypes to large production runs. All castings are tested according to ABS specifications with a Lloyd tensile test machine. Our custom castings are used in many industrial components including chain hooks, turnbuckles, ratchet load blender assemblies, and hooks.
